1. Descripción del Servicio

Kalipto es una plataforma de automatización de atención al cliente por WhatsApp, impulsada por inteligencia artificial. Permite a negocios gestionar pedidos, citas, reservas y comunicaciones con sus clientes a través de un asistente virtual inteligente.

2. Obligaciones del Usuario

Al utilizar nuestros servicios, usted se compromete a:

  • Proporcionar información veraz y actualizada
  • No utilizar el servicio para fines ilegales o no autorizados
  • No intentar acceder a datos de otros usuarios o negocios
  • Respetar las políticas de uso de WhatsApp y Meta
  • Mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso

3. Uso Aceptable

Queda expresamente prohibido:

  • Enviar mensajes no solicitados (spam) a través de la plataforma
  • Utilizar el servicio para difundir contenido ilegal, ofensivo o fraudulento
  • Intentar interferir con el funcionamiento de la plataforma
  • Realizar ingeniería inversa o modificar el software
  • Compartir credenciales de acceso con terceros no autorizados

4. Limitaciones

El servicio se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". No garantizamos:

  • Disponibilidad ininterrumpida del servicio (dependemos de WhatsApp y otros terceros)
  • Exactitud absoluta de las respuestas generadas por IA
  • Entrega garantizada de todos los mensajes (sujeto a las políticas de Meta)

En ningún caso seremos responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del servicio.

5. Terminación

Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o terminar el acceso al servicio en caso de:

  • Incumplimiento de estos términos
  • Uso abusivo o fraudulento de la plataforma
  • Falta de pago (para cuentas de suscripción)
  • Solicitud expresa del usuario

6. Jurisdicción

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina. Cualquier disputa será sometida a los tribunales ordinarios de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

2. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information
  • Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Not attempt to access data from other users or businesses
  • Comply with WhatsApp and Meta usage policies
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials

3. Acceptable Use

The following is expressly prohibited:

  • Sending unsolicited messages (spam) through the platform
  • Using the service to spread illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content
  • Attempting to interfere with the platform's operation
  • Reverse engineering or modifying the software
  • Sharing access credentials with unauthorized third parties

4. Limitations

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability (we depend on WhatsApp and other third parties)
  • Absolute accuracy of AI-generated responses
  • Guaranteed delivery of all messages (subject to Meta policies)

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of:

  • Breach of these terms
  • Abusive or fraudulent use of the platform
  • Non-payment (for subscription accounts)
  • Express request by the user

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
